Therapeutic Ultrasound:
Uses sound waves to help alleviate pain, inflammation and muscle spasms. Ultrasonic sound waves are generated by a piezoelectric effect caused by the vibration of crystals within the head of the ultrasound which are pulsed at the area at millions of times per second.

These waves produce gentle healing vibrations within the affected area helping reduce and soothe inflammation and relieve pain in joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles without drugs or surgery.

You will not feel any sensation from ultrasound waves and they are also invisible to human eyes. When operating your unit you can however, feel the vibrations by gently rubbing your thumb or finger over the head.
